Template/Layers:

We have templates available outlining how to set up your files properly.

Don’t need to delete any layers on our templates. Please do not put anything that needs to be printed on these layers.

Place art on “Artwork” layer.


Dieline:

If there is a custom shape to be cut out, create a new “Dieline” or “CutContour” layer and place path in this layer.

Place this layer on top on “Artwork” layer.

Make a spot colour swatch (does not matter what colour it is), and name it “CutContour”.

Center-Stroke the path with “CutContour” spot colour.


Colour Mode:

Convert RGB to CMYK.

Embed all colour profiles.

Spot colours will be converted to CMYK during production.

Please inform us if colour matching service is needed.


Overprinting:

Please check for overprint by (screen cap): separations preview > overprint preview.


Bleed:

Follow templates for bleed for turn key items

Custom shapes, please add .25” bleed around the dieline

0.5” in for everything else


Proofing:

Can approve / reject

Can upload artwork if rejected

Can communicate with our reps

If nothing shows up on the proof, that means layering issue.

Can see pre-flight errors

GRAPHIC TURN AROUND TIMES

 

Most graphic turn around times are between three (3) to five (5) business days. These times are based on the day of final artwork approval not on the day the order was placed. Certain products that require more attention (Air Display Hanging Fabric Signs, and Custom Canopy Tents) are subject to longer lead times upon final artwork approval. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our customer service department at 416-493-8888 between the hours of 8am-530pm, Monday - Friday. 

*Please note that our production hours are Monday - Friday 8am-530pm. If your order is placed over the weekend it will be subject to longer lead times. Your order will be put into priority sequence to be completed as soon as possible during production hours.*

 

RUSH ORDERS

All rush orders are subject to an added fee. These fees are determined by individual product and will be shown on the checkout page. PAYMENTS

At the current moment (April 2018) we will only be offering our clients the ability to checkout using a valid credit card or Pay Pal. Payment for any order will be processed immediately and the customer will receive a confirmation email. IAC Go Visual plans to offer other payment methods in the near future, however they are still under development. At this time we are only accepting payment in Canadian Dollars (CAD). TAX

Taxes are calculated automatically based on postal code of the billing address. The calculation is done at the checkout level of the website.  PROMOTION POLICY

We run promotions periodically that will require a coupon code in order to receive the discount. All promotions are subject to terms that will be clearly labeled on the medium in which you received the code. Discount are applied at the checkout stage of your shopping experience. Discount are subject to expiry and will be invalid immediately after the specified date. Please read the fine print carefully before using you discount. Summer Display Sale 2019

 

The online summer display sale 2019 will take place from June 24th 2019 - August 31st 2019. All discounts are only applicable to online orders and will not be accepted via phone or email. Discounts on products are already applied to product pricing and will not require a discount code. Summer display sale packages are sold as an entire unit and can not be interchanged for alternative products. Discounts and packages are subject to change throughout the entire course of the sale at the discretion of the seller.

Outdoor product orders from June 24th - August 31st will receive a 20% discount code that is applicable to any product on the IAC Go Visual platform. Limit to one time per customer. Multiple outdoor product orders will not receive multiple discount codes. This promotion requires a $500 minimum order.

RETURNS

IAC Go Visual does not accept any return requests due to artwork issues. All artwork is final sale so please take the time to carefully check all artwork proofs before approval to ensure that your product is delivered correctly. If there are any issues with the graphic that are non artwork related and are the fault of our production process (eg. printer issues such as head hits) IAC Go Visual will need to inspect the graphic to determine the cause. If our team determines that we are indeed at fault we will contact you to ensure that your needs are met. Any returns that are hardware realted will need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. If this time frame is met IAC Go Visual will ask that you return the product with all originally provided parts (not including graphic) for an inspection by our team. If it is determined that the hardware was in fact faulty, IAC Go Visual will contact you to determine next steps (eg. hardware replacement or refund). WARRANTIES

Warranties are handled on a case by case basis. At this time IAC Go Visual does not offer a standard warranty for all of our products.
